Asparagus Parmigiana

Ingredients:
One bunch of asparagus (about 1 pound)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 400F
2) Trim the hard, calloused ends off the asparagus, leaving long spears
3) Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil
4) Place the asparagus spears in a single layer on the tray
5) Drizzle olive oil over the spears and gently mix to coat them all with oil
6) Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt to taste
7) Bake for 10 minutes (turning once) or until asparagus spears are lightly browned and easily pierced by a fork.
8) Serve hot
